BBC Radio Derby The sounds of wild cooking were heard live on Radio Derby during a Potions Club interview. Nettle Soup and Good King Henry on a roll were enjoyed by adventurous presenter Aleena Naylor. Nettles are a good tonic for the whole body. Good King Henry has leaves full of vitamin B and seeds rich in protein. It grows throughout Britain and was a common food of our ancestors.
